Brief Introduction:
iqualitrol DigiRock MR2 is an empirical indentation hardness test that can provide useful information about metallic materials. This information may correlate to tensile strength, wear resistance, ductility, and other physical characteristics of metallic materials, and may be useful in quality control and selection of materials.
The electric digital Rockwell hardness tester adopts the automatic loading and unloading test force mechanism, and the test force transformation is obtained by the rotation of the variable force knob;
The operation is simple and rapid, dwell time displays directly, no human error, with high sensitivity and stability; suitable for workshops and laboratories.
Main Features:
1. Read the hardness value directly through the dial pointer, the pointer response is sensitive, the measured result is higher than the national standard;
2. The shell is made by a special sandblasting process with a one-step casting process. The structure is stable and not deformed. It can work in a relatively harsh environment.
